The information system has the mission to implement and ensure the development of the technical means necessary for the treatment, the circulation of information produced or managed by the university and the creation of a database on the different activities of the university.
For communication, the CRSIC is responsible for the development and dissemination of information of CRSIC, both internal and external. It is also responsible for the promotion of the university through the integration of ICT within the cell communication.
Communication is at the center of the reflections of the world today. Computer networks allow him to move an instant. The communication makes use of new methods of organization and management in which the central core is the electronic communication.
The implementation of such a system of communication requires the contribution of all the leaders and players of the university, based on a policy of continuous training and the federation of skills for a modern university and ambitious, both for internal communication (to inform, to share, report, actions federative, increase the sense of belonging and adapting to change) as for external communication(to build and develop the image of the institution, to inform, to offer training, recruiting, teachers, researchers, strengthen relationships with companies, to disclose information science and promote research and development, pool resources, gather the skills, to follow the e-reputation (Google alerts) of the university).
Establish a structure of communication within our university(UMBB), is a structural measure that meets the needs of the implementation of the reforms of higher education engaged in our country.
This plan will allow the University to improve and strengthen the quality of its services (teaching, research, administration, and internal and external cooperation). The key points to design and develop a communication strategy is to provide concrete answers to simple questions, and the most important, allowing to develop the activity of the University.
